A bouncy ball

A jumping ball is the exercise ball of similar inflatable rubber ball, which mostly as a toy for children is used while the coordination and balance training, and promotes muscle growth.

Bouncy balls have one or two handles to hold on to while bouncing. Variations of the bouncy ball are also available in the form of bouncy animals such as bouncy horses, where the ears serve as handles.

The first bouncy balls in Germany were sold in 1968 for around DM 30 .
