The HK Beostar is a Serbian ice hockey club from Belgrade , which was founded in 2006 and plays in the Serbian ice hockey league. In addition, the club took part in the Pannonian League from 2007 , which included five teams from Serbia and two from Croatia. The club plays its home games in the Pingvin sports center , which has space for 800 spectators at league games.

The HK Beostar was founded in 2006 and immediately accepted into the Serbian Ice Hockey League , the top division in the country. In the premiere season 2006/07, the team was last of five teams and was able to bring in only one win in 15 defeats in 16 games. Also in the following two seasons, the HK Beostar was bottom of the table at the end of the season. HK Beostar also only reached the bottom of the Pannonian Ice Hockey League, a championship of teams from Serbia , Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina . The club achieved its greatest successes with the runner-up titles in 2014 and 2015.
