HMS Blenheim
HMS Blenheim is the name of the following British ships, which are named after the Second Battle of Höchstädt ( English Battle of Blenheim ):
- HMS Blenheim (1679) , a 2nd class ship of the line with 90 cannons,launched in1679 as HMS Duchess and renamed HMS Blenheim in 1706. It was canceled in 1763.
- HMS Blenheim (1761) , a 2nd class ship of the line with 90 cannons, launched in 1761, reduced to 3rd class in 1800 and lost in a storm off Madagascar in 1807 with the entire crew including an illegitimate son of the heir to the British throne went.
- HMS Blenheim (1813) , a 60-cannon ship of the line built in 1813. Originally designed for 74 cannons, it was scrapped in 1865.
- HMS Blenheim (1890) , an armored cruiser of Blake class who did 1890-1926 service since 1907. However, as a depot ship.
