Liability party

A liable party is acc. § 64 Code of Criminal Procedure , a process operator who is liable for penalties, fines or the costs, or, is threatened by decay, by the extended expiry or the imposition of a matter of being accused without itself. The party liable has the rights of the accused and can either represent himself or be represented.

The procedure in the event of forfeiture, extended forfeiture and confiscation is regulated in Sections 443 ff. StPO, the material requirements in Sections 20 ff. StGB . As of January 1, 2011, the criminal law competence package sKp brought significant changes to the property law orders.
