Haicheng (Beihai)

Haicheng ( Chinese  海 城区 , Pinyin Hǎichéng Qū ; Zhuang Haijcwngz Gih ) is a Chinese municipality in the city of Beihai of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It has an area of ​​140 km² and has a population of 260,000 (2004). It is the center and seat of the city government.
