Haluk Kırcı

Haluk Kırcı (* 1958 in Erzurum ) is a Turkish gray wolf and murderer.

He was sentenced to death seven times for murder. Each death sentence was commuted to ten years in prison. He was wanted for the murder of Public Prosecutor Doğan Öz on March 24, 1978 and for the murder of seven students in Bahçelievler on October 8, 1978. The seven students were members of the Turkish Labor Party. He was arrested on January 10, 1979 in Istanbul . He was released on parole on April 26, 1991. In his 1998 memoir, he describes the murder of the 7 students.
