Hanno Beck (Economist)

Hanno Beck (* 1966 ) is a German economist , non-fiction author and university lecturer as well as a former business journalist.

Life

Beck studied 1987-1993 Economics at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz . From 1993 to 1998 he was a research assistant at the Chair of Economic Policy at the University of Mainz. In 1998 Hanno Beck became Dr. rer. pole. PhD. Between 1998 and 2006 he was editor for economics and financial markets at the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung . Since 2006 he has been professor of economics at Pforzheim University . Beck has been a lecturer at various German universities of applied sciences and at the Polish Warsaw School of Economics .
