Hansjörg Schneider (born January 22, 1966 ) is a former German soccer player .

From July 1990 he played for Fortuna Cologne in the 2nd Bundesliga. In 2000 he was relegated to the Regionalliga Nord with Fortuna Cologne. In October 2001 he had to end his career due to knee problems.
