The house at Kurfürstenstrasse 114 in Berlin's Kurfürstenstrasse was an apartment building in the historicist style that has not been preserved.

The building was built before 1895 according to plans by A. Borchardt (also H. Borchardt). The facade was made of Burgpreppach sandstone by Ph. Holzmann & Cie. carried out in Frankfurt am Main. Air heating was installed in the house. The total construction costs, including the interior furnishings and the lighting, amounted to 200,000 marks .
In 1931 the name of the owner was given as foreigner . From 1933 the house at Kurfürstenstraße 114 was the seat of the inspection for riding and driving of the SA for one to three years .
