Rate of assessment (fire brigade)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The lifting kit is a combination of hydraulic cylinders with a hand-operated hydraulic pump and accessories (various extension pieces, end pieces, hoses ...), which are used to lift loads.

The lifting rate is used by the fire brigade or the THW , for example, to free people trapped under heavy objects.

A distinction is made between the assessment rate H1 and H2, with the rate H1 being more extensive than the rate H2. The nominal lifting force is 150 kN for each cylinder with a 150 mm stroke and 50 mm stroke; the cylinders with 15 mm stroke contained in lifting set H1 have a lifting force of 80 kN. The working pressure is a uniform 630 bar. The cylinders have a built-in return spring and a quick-stop valve located in the connection, which enables the cylinder to be disconnected from the connection lines after the quick-stop has taken place.

The lifting rate is part of the optional standard loading of the equipment vehicle .
