Heike Jacobsen

Heike Jacobsen is a German sociologist.

Life

She studied social sciences and psychology in Göttingen and Berlin ( PhD Dr. rer. Pol. 1998 in Dortmund , habilitation in sociology 2009 TU Dortmund ). From 1983 to 1986 she worked at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development . From 1986 to 1989 she worked at the Sociological Research Institute at the University of Göttingen . From 1986 to 2011 worked at the Landesinstitut Sozialforschungsstelle Dortmund. Since June 2011 she has held the Chair of Economic and Industrial Sociology at the BTU Cottbus .
