Remedial day care center

Remedial educational day care centers are semi-stationary facilities for children (kindergarten, day-care center), young people ( day-care center) and young adults between the ages of 3 and 21 who are affected by a disability or are threatened with disability.

The service includes curative educational as well as other measures within the meaning of § § 53-60 SGB ​​XII and aims at the holistic support of the child, adolescent and young adult to be looked after. The integration assistance is the responsible local carrier of the youth services provided in accordance with § 53 et seq. SGB XII. The basis is an existing operating license in accordance with Section 45 of Book VIII of the Social Code.
