Jesus Christ , called the Savior, is a central figure in Western culture

An expectation of salvation describes the expectation of the early, visible entry of a perfect, healed and holy world through superhuman powers. This can be preceded by a vehement upheaval that only believers would survive. The expected salvation often includes healing and can be imparted through prophets .

Belief in the constitution of the kingdom of God , in which evil ends and good is perfect, is an expectation of salvation. In the expectation of salvation, (tense) relationships with another group and the desire for change play a role. A group that shares a certain expectation of salvation is called a salvation expectation movement .
