A heating circuit distributor is a component of underfloor heating or wall heating and is required for heat distribution. The heating circuits (pipeline loops) of an underfloor heating system are each connected to the heating circuit distributor with a flow and return by means of compression fittings.

With the heating circuit distributor, each individual heating circuit can be hydraulically balanced using a valve. The hydraulic balancing is necessary because the individual components of the floor heating (eg. B. heating circuit, pipe circles etc.) generate different high flow resistances. An even heat distribution is only possible with the same high flow conditions in all heating circuits. The volume flow can be made visually visible (in liters per minute) using flow meters integrated in the heating circuit distributor.

The energy supply is regulated with thermostats (room controllers) whose temperature sensors are installed in the heating area (e.g. living room). The thermostat sends an electrical signal to the servomotor, which then opens or closes the corresponding valve on the heating circuit distributor.
