The circle Hejiang ( Chinese 合江县 , Pinyin Hejiang Xiàn ) is a group of prefecture-level city Luzhou in the Chinese province of Sichuan on the southern edge of the Sichuan Basin . It has an area of 2,422 square kilometers and has a population of 840,000 (2004).
