Hen Island is a small Canadian island in Lake Erie west of Pelee Island . The wooded island is approximately circular with a diameter of about 190 m and an area of 2.8 hectares. It belongs to the Quinnebog Fishing Club, founded by Americans from Ohio in 1897, which has a small harbor and several buildings including a guest house on its south side.
