Hendrik Gerhardus Luttig
Hendrik Gerhardus Luttig (born October 26, 1907 in Wepener; † in the 20th century) was a South African politician and ambassador.
Life
HG Luttig was the son of Susanna and David Luttig. He attended Wepner High School, Gray University in Bloemfontein and received a Masters degree in law . He married Dr. Marie van Castricum, they had a daughter and a son. From 1949 to 1965 he sat in Parliament for the Mayfair constituency. Retired in late July 1972 and became director of Mitchell Cotts Ltd. , Cadbury-Schweppes (SA) Ltd. , and Plessey South Africa Ltd.
