Henrikas Puskunigis

Henrikas Puskunigis (* between 1929 and 1935 in the district of Šakiai ) is a Lithuanian chess referee and former sports official. He was the president of the Lithuanian Chess Federation .

Life

Puskunigis studied at the grammar school in Kretinga . In 1984 he received the FIDE title of International Arbiter (IA) . He was later elected President by the General Assembly of the Chess Federation of Lithuania.

Puskunigis is the author of several books on chess. He also published several articles on European and Lithuanian chess history.
