Hexafluoroantimonates
Hexafluoroantimonates are the salts of hexafluoroantimonic acid H [SbF 6 ]. They always contain the hexafluoroantimonate anion [SbF 6 ] - .
properties
The hexafluoroantimonate ion has a hexagonal structure. The antimony atom is surrounded by six fluorine atoms. The hexafluoroantimonates are more soluble in water than the hexafluorophosphates .
