Historical Dictionaries of Ancient Civilizations and Historical Eras is a scholarly series of historical dictionaries on various ancient cultures and historical ages that has been published by Scarecrow Press since 1999 . Over twenty volumes have appeared so far. Series Editor is Jon Woronoff .
