Holger Liebs

Holger Liebs (* 1966 in Freiburg / Breisgau ) is a German art historian and journalist .

Life

Liebs initially worked as a freelance journalist, including for the Westdeutscher Rundfunk in Cologne . He taught architectural theory at the Bergische Universität Wuppertal . From 2001 to 2010 he was the features editor of the Süddeutsche Zeitung . From 2010 to 2016 he was editor-in-chief of Monopol magazine . From 2016 to 2017 he was Program Director, from 2017 to 2018 Publishing Director and from 2018 to 2019 Editor-at-Large at Art Publishing House Hatje Cantz .
