The wooden church of Sârbi Josani is a church in the Romanian village of Sârbi in Maramureș County .

history

It was built from oak in 1685. The construction was initiated by a noble family, Dunca de Sârbi. The family ruled the lower part of the village and owned the church until the 18th century. During that time she paid the maintenance of a priest for over a hundred years.
