Homer Rabbit Plow Dubs

Homer Hasenpflug Dubs , often just Homer H. Dubs, (* 1892 , † 1969 ) was a British sinologist of American origin.

Dubs was a professor of Chinese at Oxford University . He has made a name for himself as a translator of the first books in the history of the earlier Han Dynasty ( History of the Former Han Dynasty ; Chin. Hanshu ). He also dedicated his work to the work and person of the Chinese philosopher Xunzi .
