Hui I. of Qin

Duke Hui I. Von Quin ( Chinese  秦惠公 , Pinyin Qín Huì Gōng , died 492 BC) was from 500 BC. BC to 492 BC The 20th ruler of the Zhou dynasty in the Chinese vassal state of Qin , from which the Qin dynasty later developed. His ancestral name was Ying ( ), Duke Hui was his posthumous title . He was the first of the two rulers of Qin named Duke Hui

501 BC BC Duke Ai von Qin , Duke Hui's grandfather, died after 36 years of reign. Duke Hui's father, who had the posthumous title Duke Yi (秦 夷 公), had died before Duke Ai, which is why Duke Hui immediately succeeded his grandfather. He ruled for nine years and died in 492 BC. His successor was his son Duke Dao of Qin .
