Ring der Nebelungen is the fourth studio album by Marterias Alter Ego Marsimoto . It was released on Friday June 12th, 2015 via Four Music . The album reached third place in the German album charts, fourth place in Austria and sixth in Switzerland.

Singles and Videos
Even before the album was released, the tracks Tijuana Flow and Illegalize It were released on YouTube . An official video for the title Illegalize It later appeared on Youtube, but still before the album was released. Music videos for the songs Zecken raus and Ring der Nebelungen followed on July 22nd and October 1st, 2015 .
criticism
The reviews of the Ring of the Nebelungen are largely positive.
- The online magazine laut.de rates the album with 5 out of 5 possible points. The album is "the roundest, most coherent and therefore best Marsimoto album to date".
- vice.com writes: "With this album, Marten Laciny continues his astonishing series without any big surprises: Ring der Nebelungen is already the fourth major achievement in a row."
- rap.de believes that Ring der Nebelungen “in contrast to its predecessors no longer suffers from excessive homogeneity or redundancy”. Marsimoto have "musically [...] once again turned it up a notch".
- Lukas Maier from MZEE describes the album as “outstandingly creative and harmonious”. He also praised the fact that it was “a big cinema in terms of production technology”.
