Hula ( Arabic حولا Ḥūlā ) is a village in southern Lebanon . It is located on the southern side of the Litani Riverat an altitude of 750  m . Due to its proximity to the border area, Hula has repeatedly been the scene of armed conflicts. The Hula massacre took place here from October 30th to November 1st, 1948.
