Hungarian Traded Index
The Hungarian Traded Index ( HTX ) is a real-time index of a selection of Hungarian stocks developed by the Vienna Stock Exchange . In addition to the USD, the calculation is also made in EUR and in local currency . It is part of the CECE Composite Index .
The HTX started on January 4, 1999 with 1,552.30 points and a capital of 5,107,258,044.74 EUR. The index base is 1,000 points as of July 15, 1996.
