Husayn al-Umari

Husayn al-Umari ( Arabic حسين العمري) is a Yemeni politician and university professor.

He is a member of the Shura Council in his country and a member of the UNESCO Executive Council. He teaches as Professor of Modern and Contemporary History at the University of Sanaa .

Umari was one of the signatories of the Amman Message ( english Amman Message ).
