Hypatios of Gangra
Hypatios of Gangra († 325/326) was Bishop of Gangra in Asia Minor until 325. He is venerated as a saint and martyr in the Orthodox and Catholic churches .
Hypatios was a participant in the Council of Nicaea in 325. On the way back from there he was slain by opponents. The first miracles are said to have occurred at his grave soon after his death.
