Hyperproteinemia

Hyperproteinemia means that there are too many proteins in the blood . The limit value is given between 80 and 90 g per liter of blood plasma.

The increase in the level of protein in the blood can be a symptom of various diseases, such as: B. chronic inflammation , liver cirrhosis , fungal diseases and tumor diseases. If it appears as a concomitant symptom of dehydration , the symptoms, known as pseudohyperprotoeinemia , disappear with sufficient fluid intake .
