Hypertext commentary on immigration law
The HTK-AuslR (hypertext commentary on immigration law) is a legal commentary in digital form. Access is via the Internet or the user's intranet . The HTK-AuslR was first published in 1998, making it the first legal online commentary in Germany. The HTK-AuslR is published by Neuen Medienverlag eK. The comment is mainly used by immigration authorities , administrative courts and lawyers in Germany.

The HTK-AuslR contains the legal sources of the law on foreigners in its collection of laws . The case law collection provides the court decisions cited by the authors. Legal provisions, court decisions, explanations and administrative regulations are mutually linked via hyperlinks.
In the comment section, in addition to the provisions of the Act on Residence, Employment and Integration of Foreigners in the Federal Territory ( Residence Act - AufenthG), the Act on the General Freedom of Movement of Union Citizens ( Freedom of Movement Act / EU - FreizügG / EU), those for the residence of foreigners in the Federal Republic of Germany relevant national and European legal regulations.
