The ING Bank is a building in the Uruguayan capital Montevideo .

The building, designed in 1988 and constructed the following year, is located in Ciudad Vieja at 1352 Calle Misiones, corner of Sarandí . Julio Villar Marcos and Susana Pascale are named as architects . The construction was carried out by the company Cayetano Carcavallo SA and is designed as a bank headquarters. The 15-meter-high, five-storey building with large glass surfaces, reflecting the surroundings, has a modern, contemporary architecture, covers a floor area of ​​383 m² and houses a bank, the Banco Comercial .
