IZArc is a data compression program for Microsoft Windows and iOS .
The graphical user interface can be seamlessly integrated into the operating system using drag and drop and context menus . IZArc masters AES encryption (Rijndael with 256 bit) and can create distributed and self-extracting archives. The program is available in over 40 languages.
IZArc can process compressed files of the following formats: 7z , PAK , BGA (GZA, BZA), BH , BZ2 (TBZ), CAB , JAR , LHA , TAR , tar-gzip , cpio , YZ1 , ZIP . Other formats like RAR can at least be opened. The functionality of IZArc is very similar to that of TUGZip .
criticism
Current versions of IZArc until recently still contained adware such as OpenCandy and SweetIM . But after this had had a very negative effect, the decision was made to remove this from the installation routine and to trust regular donations.
