Ian Ciantar (born December 19, 1975 ) is a former Maltese football player.
Ciantar played for Sliema Wanderers since the summer of 1995 . There he spent 10 years as a regular player. In the summer of 2004 he went to Floriana FC for two seasons and then went back to his old club. From 2001 to 2007 he played 23 international matches for the Malta national team. His older brother Clifton Ciantar is also a Maltese soccer player.
