Ian Ravenscroft

Ian Ravenscroft is an Australian philosopher who specializes in the fields of philosophy of mind , cognitive science and moral psychology . He received his PhD in Philosophy in 1995 from the Research School of Social Sciences at the Australian National University . He has been employed at Flinders University of South Australia since 2000 , currently as a senior lecturer .

In the German-speaking world, his book Philosophy of Mind: A Beginner's Guide was published in a translation by Wittgenstein expert Joachim Schulte, which is an easily understandable and structured introduction to the current topic of the philosophy of mind.
