Ieva Dumbauskaitė (born September 7, 1994 in Klaipėda ) is a Lithuanian beach volleyball player .

Career

Dumbauskaitė made her first international appearance at the U18 European Championship 2010 in Porto . There she took 13th place with Ieva Kazuraityte. In the same year the duo competed at the Junior World Championships in Alanya . In 2011, Dumbauskaitė formed a new team with her current partner Monika Povilaitytė , which came in ninth at the World Youth Championship in Umag . After another ninth place at the U20 European Championship in Tel Aviv , the Lithuanian women won the U18 European Championship in Vilnius in front of their home crowd . They also became national champions in 2011. In 2012 they took part in the “big” European Championship in Scheveningen . There they were eliminated after the preliminary round without winning a set. At the 2013 World Cup in Stare Jabłonki, as well as the 2013 European Championships in Klagenfurt and 2014 in Cagliari , they were eliminated without a win after the preliminary round.
