Ingolf Cartsburg (* 1962 or 1963) is a German sports presenter and former rugby player.

Ingolf Cartsburg was the captain of the German national youth team in rugby and also played ten international matches for the men's national team by 1989. In 1990 he became a co-commentator for the sport for the television channel Eurosport . He also reported for his employer in the sports American football, basketball, triathlon and surfing. In 2011, Cartsburg was the "Editor-in-Chief (Germany)" and head of commentators in the German-speaking section of his station.
