Enniscrone , also Inniscrone and, officially Inishcrone ( Irish Inis Crabhann ) is a village in the far west of County Sligo in Ireland .

In 2006 Enniscrone had 829 inhabitants. The long sandy beach is separated from the hinterland by dunes, which are fenced in to protect against people. The temperature of the sea, the cleanliness of the water and the beaches, the limited access for motor vehicles and the surveillance by lifesavers in summer have resulted in the community beach being awarded the Blue Flag award.

Other tourist attractions are Stone Age monuments and a golf course. In the 18th century the then landlord set up a bathhouse for traditional Irish algae baths on Cliff Road. This bath house was modernized in 1912 and inspires users with the old furnishings and the quality of the Seaweed Baths . Enniscrone beach is popular with residents of the neighboring town of Ballina .
