Intel 8243

The Intel 8243 is a Portextender , specially for -48 MCS - microcontroller was developed. The component is mainly supplied in a 24-pin DIL housing . The input / output lines are expanded using this module, which provides four 4-bit ports. The 8243 is integrated into the overall system with specially provided commands from the 8048.
