International Studies Association

The International Studies Association (ISA) is a scientific professional association for the research area international relations . It was founded in 1959 and has over 7,000 members worldwide. The ISA headquarters are located at the University of Connecticut at Storrs . The association publishes six magazines and sponsors a seventh. ISA President 2019/20 is Cameron G. Thies . Once a year, in March or April, the ISA's multi-day meeting takes place at a changing location in the United States .
