Internationale (" The Internationale ") is a Swedish Trotskyist weekly newspaper of the Socialist Party of Sweden ( Socialistiska Partiet ). It was founded in 1971 under the name Mullvaden ("Mole") and changed its name to International in 1974 . The weekly newspaper has around 2000 subscribers.

One of the newspaper's best-known journalists today was Stieg Larsson , who wrote about right-wing extremism and US imperialism under the pseudonym "Severin" . Håkan Blomqvist was one of the well-known editors-in-chief . Other journalists were Kjell Östberg and Andreas Malm.

Edition

The edition was around 600 in 1971 and increased to 2900 copies in the late 1970s. In 2004 the sheet had an edition of 1900 copies.
