The International Lusatian Athletics Meeting was an athletics event that took place every summer from 1990 to 2011 in Cottbus's Max Reimann Stadium .

In 1990 Ulrich Hobeck organized an international athletics meeting in Cottbus for the first time . The occasion was the inauguration of a stadium on the Priorgraben on June 30, 1990. The European Athletics Promotion Union (EAA) recognized the meeting as an EAA meeting in 1993. In 2000 the Cottbus singer Verena performed her meeting song "Empire of champs". In 2002, 9500 spectators came to the stadium, since the event took place for the first time on the weekend. On March 6, 2012, the series of events was canceled for financial reasons.
