from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Internet of Everything (also English Internet of Everything , short form: IoE ) describes the link between people, processes, data and objects and thus represents the further development of the Internet of Things (IoT). This development can be seen from around 2011 . The number of connected devices is forecast to double every year.

Differentiation from the Internet of Things

In the Internet of Things, things are made intelligent, that is, logics and network functionality enable them to exchange information with other devices.

With the Internet of Everything, intelligent things are linked to processes, data and people, which leads to an increasing automation of the economy and has a greater impact on society (such as big data ).
