history
The real estate company, founded in 1962, initially operated in France, Germany and Switzerland, where it acquired, financed and developed retail properties. Later she expanded her area of activity to the USA and the Czech Republic.
After Martin Ebner's entry through his BZ Gruppe Holding AG (today Patinex AG ) as the main shareholder, Intershop concentrated exclusively on the Swiss real estate market from 1997 onwards. Since 2013, investments have been made in foreign real estate again.
