Ionel Rusu

Ionel Rusu (born August 9, 1989 ) is a Romanian racing cyclist .

Ionel Rusu was second in the individual time trial of the junior class at the Balkan Championships in Korça, Albania in 2007. At the Tour of the Black Sea he was third in the stage and was able to take second place in the overall standings. Rusu has been driving for the Romanian Olimpic Team Autoconstruct since 2008 . In his first year there he was national champion in the individual time trial of the U23 class.
