The Izba Tradycji Bydgoskich Dróg Zelaznych (German tradition Chamber of Bromberger Railways ) is a railroad - Museum , which is operated by the Association of Bromberg railway enthusiasts. The Chamber of Traditions of the Bydgoszcz Railways emerged from the Museum of the Bydgoszcz Railway Junction, which was opened in 1979 in the reconstructed Bydgoszcz station building as part of the 130th anniversary of the opening of the Imperial Eastern Railway Headquarters . The railroad workers began there to present their collections, memorabilia and models to groups of visitors. The collection was continuously expanded.

The museum contains memorabilia from the Bydgoszcz railway junction, but also exhibits of railway technology such as B. old train tickets, old validation pliers, old railway clothing from home and abroad, train telephones, replicas of signal elements, track accessories, train destination displays and model railways . The collection includes one of the largest training models in Poland, as well as a former railway caravan with a chassis that was built in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski in 1933 . In addition, the steam locomotive TKp-1 from the company Union Gießerei Königsberg from 1915 is exhibited as a memorial in front of the locomotive shed .
