JCreator is an integrated development environment from Xinox Software for Java . JCreator has u. a. Functions such as project management, project templates, code completion (only in the Pro version), debugger interface, editor with syntax highlighting, wizards and a well-configurable user interface. A GUI builder is not included. JCreator is available in two versions, a free Lite Edition (LE) and a commercial Pro version , which also supports code templates .
Current features of the Pro version
JCreator has the usual features of modern source code - editors , such as syntax highlighting , automatic indentation , or the completion begun inputs. The user interface of JCreator offers the usual views, such as a package view or a task view for task lists. Various wizards make it easy to create projects, classes, interfaces, Java beans and more. A debugger is also integrated. There are also tools for the creation of JavaServer Pages , the connection of the version management CVS and the processing and execution of Ant files.
