Jan Domagała

Jan Domagała (* 1896 ; † unknown) was a Polish concentration camp inmate .

Life

Domagała came from Upper Silesia. After the occupation of Poland by the German armed forces , he was arrested. From autumn 1944 he was a camp clerk in the Dachau concentration camp . He used his position to secretly draw up lists of transports and deaths.

After the concentration camp was liberated, he was head of the International Information Office , which supported relatives in finding the whereabouts of prisoners.
