Jan z Koszyczek ( Joannes de Coszycze ; Johannes Nicolai de Koschycze ; * before 1490; † 1546 ) was a Polish translator.

Little is known about Jan z Koszyczek's living conditions. He enrolled in the Cracow Academy in 1503 and received a bachelor's degree in 1513. He was primarily known as a translator of religious and edification writings. So are his translations Żywot Świętej Anny ... (1520) and Rozmowy, które miał król Salomon mądry for Marchołtem grubym a sprosnym, a wszakoż, jako o nim powiedają, barzo wymownym such figurami iz gadkami smiesznymi (1521), two Medieval legends such as Poncjan, który ma w sobie rozmaite powieści miłe barzo ku czcieniu, wzięte z rzymskich dziejów (around 1531), a collection of stories from Asia and Europe, some of which go back to the 5th century. The latter work saw new editions in Poland up to the early 20th century. He may also be the author of the Historie rzymskie (around 1540) based on the Gesta Romanorum .
