Jardim do Principe Real

The Jardim do Príncipe Real is a park in the center of the Portuguese capital Lisbon . It was created in the middle of Praça do Príncipe Real in the municipality of Mercês and covers about 1.1 hectares.

The old tree population includes a Mexican cypress (Cupressus lusitanica) with a tree canopy diameter of 23 meters. Under the square is the Reservatório da Patriarcal .
